No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man. – Heraclitus
Heading into two weeks with niece Hope in downtown Toronto, we started with a night in Caledon, a golf round for MAO, and a weekend at PJ’s.
We’d visited this Caledon hotel when it first open, and this was our first time back since – five or six years prior. It was sad to hear that the business partner had passed away, and sad too to see that not much more had been built up, with the rooms now showing signs of needing maintenance.
Making the best of it, we had dinner at our favorite restaurant in the area and quite enjoyed being back. A quick stop before heading downtown.
Grateful for the time we spent in Caledon during our nomad years.
