We wake to a cold, overcast day. Coffee and breakfast are ready when briAn arrives. A boat tour in Marathon is followed by a remote boat race along the island… As dinner prep gets underway – spaduccis, cucumber and kale salads and kal-bi, neighbours stop in and visit. La Vignette…
After a day at school, complete with quiz (tougher than the last one), I return home to putter about and prep for the evening. Delighted to be entertaining special guests, the chef’s table at Marben is more than I could have anticipated. Returning home, I feel compelled to roast beets…
Woke up charged this morning, ready to get into writing the next case studies… A productive morning – 1/2 way through case #5. Realizing the challenges of changing habits. Wrote case study #4 based on good marks for case #2… feedback was confusing and the next writings need to have…
