Turning on the shower this morning,
my back seized up…Ouch!
Spent the morning walking about in MBTs,
stretching and doing everything I could to relieve my back.
Fortunately by the end of the day, my back was okay.
Treated to a lovely dinner at Lee’s – perfect ending to an ouchy day…
Grateful today
that it was a minor problem!
A full day conference at the Science Center today. Nutritionists everywhere! Theme of the conference is Restorative Nutrition: Unlocking and Understanding the Secrets of Longevity.
