Turning on the shower this morning,
my back seized up…Ouch!
Spent the morning walking about in MBTs,
stretching and doing everything I could to relieve my back.
Fortunately by the end of the day, my back was okay.
Treated to a lovely dinner at Lee’s – perfect ending to an ouchy day…

that it was a minor problem!
