Turning on the shower this morning,
my back seized up…Ouch!
Spent the morning walking about in MBTs,
stretching and doing everything I could to relieve my back.
Fortunately by the end of the day, my back was okay.
Treated to a lovely dinner at Lee’s – perfect ending to an ouchy day…
Grateful today
that it was a minor problem!
A lovely, albeit too brief a morning with the country mice, and everyone is off to carry on with the day. Deck planning in the afternoon – figuring out the plans for plants, a bench and table… Grateful today for a good deck planning session, and a super fun weekend.
In catching up on my posts – today was lost. Between the 4 of us at Huron, none were able to remember what had happened today. The only thing for certain is the photograph taken in the morning at my Imac station. Grateful today for the beautiful morning sunlight in…
