Morning is taken over by phone troubles…
Running up and down, checking hardware,
unplugging lines, replugging lines…
Mystery seems solved by removing a phone.
Lunch is at the top of my favorite tower today.
It has been years since I’ve gone up the tower…a bit surprising to see the security checks on the way in…a sign of our current times and of my aging.
Grateful today for
time spent with people from my childhood,
the incredible green-ness of our beautiful city,
and for the tower.
Idlewild morning view. Sipping Coffee and engaging with devices, an incredible breakfast auto-magically appears… When we leave in the early afternoon, my mis-behaving camera battery charger is repaired, and I am so grateful…for so much. Grateful today for… (insert word here), and Idlewild – thank you for the re-charge. xxoo
A stunningly beautiful day! The wispy clouds this morning were mesmerizing… So delighted by the perfect weather. An impromptu late morning coffee with Paula in the courtyard, an afternoon hanging out in the window (such beautiful breezes), and a spontaneous visit from Pa Hayes after his GE dinner downtown. Grateful…
The weather continues to be extremely cold – polar vortex is forecast to be hanging around until February… Nice and warm indoors, especially when the sun shines through the window, And when a friend drops in for a warm-up visit! Spent the afternoon emptying, sorting and refilling the kitchen drawers……
