A lovely birthday celebration with the Huron Crew.
Short walk to dinner, followed by frozen yogurt and scrabble at Huron.
Ending the evening with a music playlist with “kiss” as the theme….
not that we need any reminders to kiss the birthday girl!
Grateful today for
friendships that span decades,
joyful celebrations,
and for my first birthday celebration with BEE!
One great thing about being home – returning to our garden and home cooked food. The garden’s plenty – peppers, carrots and tons of kale and basil… After a day stocking up the house, it is so good to make a meal. The current go-to dish – red lentil curry…
The kitchen is busy… A full house for coffee in the morning, sandwiches in the afternoon and burgers stuffed with bacon, onions and cheese for dinner… Grateful today for good food shared with many, conversation and chit chat over meals, and the general merriment at Huron.
