Charged up this morning…
Off for a big cardio / cycle first thing…
Happy I missed the ‘forecasted’ afternoon rain,
and delighted by a lawn of poppies in bloom…
Grateful today for
a good cardio workout,
the beautiful poppy blooms,
and the cool night air.
