Registered yesterday to go back to school – to study Nutrition.
When I was asked how I heard about the school – it took a moment to recall the path that got me there…
Perhaps it started with Maylee and the course we took together on Naturopathic Medicine…From there through Food Matters and the raw food diet to Forks over Knives – it seemed more and more that food matters are complex and confusing.
However it was that I got there, I am glad to be here.
Grateful today for
everything along the way that got me to registering for my new studies,
new adventures in learning
and for a nourishing and tasty lentil salad.
