Grateful today for

After getting a few things done at Envision, it’s time for lunch with my nutrition pals. Lunch on King West – with much catching up and conversation about life. After lunch, MZ and I have a coffee to talk over some ideas… Back at envision, more ideas… An intense week…
Sparkling snow on rooftops and trees under clear blue skies. The day is crisp and cold. A girl’s sleepover tonight for 2 flying abroad to help one in need. Grateful today for helping hands, and the love and kindness that comes with the helping hands.
