An appointment in Kensington Market today. Always love the walk there and back. In the evening, I am at a practicum on Managing Stress. Grateful today for my Kensington appointments – with each one there is new understanding and awareness.

A familiar walk is different today. Lesson 2 directs my eye, hunting for storytelling exposures to creatively capture. The day’s photos imported and reviewed are almost not recognizable to me onscreen as a photo I took. Grateful today for glimpses of new possibilities, the lessons I am learning in using…
