Loved our time in Kyoto…
Alas, it is time to move on.
After breakfast today, we set out for the JR Rail to Tokyo Station.
Then a transfer to the Narita Express to our hotel for a night near the airport.
The travel day irks me slightly – so far, the least helpful information has been from travel agents and travel books…sigh.
Arriving at the hotel, we are told our room has been upgraded – helps to relieve my earlier irks.
Time in the baths, steam room and a massage – travel agents and books are forgotten.
Grateful today for
Kyoto – loved our experience there – thank you Hotel Kanra Kyoto! You made it so wonderful.
