Unexpected Treats

saBEE, 17 Oct ’1321 Oct ’13

A surprise lunch with brother Al, MunHee and Justin.
Nice to have an unexpected treat in the day.

After lunch, a walk to the garden to pick up some parsley for our turkey kale soup.
Lucky to catch these two hanging out by the echinacea bloom.

Later in the afternoon, another unexpected treat…
a visit from exuberance – such fun!

Grateful today for
a day of unexpected treats!

Friday I spent the morning at the Antiques Fair and Flea Market in Wadebridge followed by lunch at The Glasshouse (also with the aforementioned Carol) where I ate a goats cheese, caramelised onion and chipotle jam concoction on toast which was the go for me. They do a lovely platter of tapas too – well worth a visit.
