Thai Curry Ramen Noodle Soup was a delicious lunch today! Enjoyed by my husband who is not really a ramen eater. It was a hit! ![]()

Followed a few of the comments i.e. 4 cups of veggie broth and 2 TB lime juice. Also didn’t have fresh garlic and used pickled. Next time I will try and add mushrooms or tofu. ![]()
