An earlier morning today… Down to Soufriere for the morning market by 7:30, a visit to the bakery and back at the villa by 8:30. Breakfast is leisurely and luxuriously enjoyed – thank you, mate! For the afternoon, we are off to our favorite new beach… Bar/ restaurant closed? on…

A lovely breakfast with a view at the Mango tree this morning. And then back to our perfect beach at Anse Mamin. Feeling much slowed down today – the day is quiet with music learning, chess games, afternoon naps and great snorkelling…the underwater landscape, schools of fish and tiny baby…

Our daily walk has developed into a walk, with pushups at rest points and running up the hill. Bri completed 101 pushups this morning…Scott got to 100 by the end of the day! After the exercise, we are back at Myers Bridge seeking the incredible St Lucian spinach. No spinach…

Arriving at the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, the parking area is filled with tour buses… Plan B – continue on our way to find the mineral baths at New Jerusalem. A short walk down to a river where the bridge has been destroyed…across the river and up the stone steps…
