Started out at Dark Horse this morning, reading my Allergies textbook.
Staying home to study, I can often find ways to distract myself from the work that needs to get done…
After reading a few chapters, it was time for a case study interview.
This interview took me to K-town.
A good interview and a perfect place to have lunch!
Considering where to have lunch was tough, especially as I wanted to try something different.
Decided to go with where Ma Song goes with her pals… Buk Chang Dong Soon To Fu A warm and comforting meal…sadly, the star reports it’s overloaded with salt….sigh.
Glad I read the article after having the meal.
A stop in at home before going to this evening’s practicum on Adrenal Health.
Wow. Stress REALLY messes with the ecosystem of our bodies.
On the way home, I stop in at the Rex for a set of jazz and a lovely catch up with an old friend.
So great to hear his student ensemble play, hear about his innovative programs – and especially to know that jazz is not dead!
Grateful today for
a day in K-town – nice to wander about amongst all the Koreans there,
an incredibly informative and interesting practicum on adrenal fatigue,
and for old friends – so good to have a moment to catch up.
