Today, I tried to redeem an itunes store gift card received over the holidays.
Error…card was not activated.
After following the given support steps, the last option was to contact Customer Support.

Quick reply back with 2 options.
1. provide the sales receipt with photos of the front and back of the card by return email
2. return to the store it was purchased at.
Are these cards not intended to be gifts?

3 – 4 emails back and forth…no resolution.
sigh.

Grateful today for a quiet snuggly evening with my mate.
Absolutely perfect to forget the frustrating experience of tech customer support.
