After breakfast, my mate and I assemble our new BBQ – a gift from Stu. The installation is very smoothly and efficiently done, yay! Then to taking care of Wellington. Things being put away, and cleaned up takes most of the day. A delicious BBQ dinner made by my mate……

Lunch today with a nutritionist pal. So glad to be staying in touch, after sharing our year together studying Nutrition. Lots to talk about always – food, family, cleanses… A lively chat with the cab driver on my way home, he seemed excited for the children having a good halloween……
