Our class this morning is on Botanicals – an amazing world of plants, and herbs.
With each class, my brain is stretched. There is so much information presented – so much I do not know.
My brain wants to package things and make them simple to understand and apply….
Yet, I know that life just ain’t like that.
After class, a lovely lunch with Uncle Stu and Cosmic C at Live Food Bar.
A chic pea burger with a bun that the Elven Queen would enjoy – helped to get falafels and burgers off my mind!
Walking home on Huron is peaceful and beautiful. What an incredible day it is!
