Sunshine + Rain
Started the day at Envision, continuing the work on capabilities packages… By noon, I was on my way to Simcoe for lunch with the cosmics – and the gray turned to sunshine. Lunch while watching the Olympics and then onto the rest of the day. Raining as I walked home……

Off to the community garden this afternoon, in the hopes of getting a plot… Got a plot! Thrilled to know I can attempt to grow vegetables this season! Celebrations started right away and very exuberantly. After a bite of lunch, and a brief nap – a rare thing for me…

The weather is wildly weird. Gusty winds and torrential downpours, mixed with misty overcast skies… In the evening, a gardenista friend cycles by Huron, wet and cold from working and riding in the rain… A brief stop-in for a change of clothing, and some lasagna with a glass of wine……
